What Noted Together handles

The app handles account identity, a user-chosen display name, household membership and roles, observations and responses, follow-ups, questions, appointment briefs, attachments, subscription status, and limited content-free operational events needed to run and improve the service.

Why it is used

This information is used to authenticate you, provide the private shared ledger, synchronize authorized household members, process purchases, support exports and deletion, prevent abuse, and keep the service reliable. It is not used for advertising or cross-app tracking.

Where it is processed

Data is stored on the device and processed by Supabase for authentication, database, private file storage, synchronization, and narrowly scoped server functions. Apple processes Sign in with Apple and App Store subscription transactions under its own terms.

Sharing

Ledger content is available only to people authorized for the same care space according to their role. Noted Together does not sell personal information. Service providers process data only to operate the app.

Retention and deletion

You can export available records and request care-space or account deletion in the app. Private attachments are removed through the storage service. Deleted database records may remain in inaccessible provider backup snapshots for up to seven days before rolling expiry.

Security and limits

The service uses authenticated access controls, row-level permissions, private storage, and encrypted network transport. No online service can promise absolute security. Noted Together is not an emergency or medical service and does not provide clinical advice.

Your choices

You control what you record and whom you invite. You can revoke household access, export available data, and request deletion from Settings in the app.
